Risk Management Maturity Model for Logistic Processes

Recently, the maturity models for risk management are attracting growing attention. The obtained level defines an assessment of organization’s competence. Therefore, as a set various tools and practices, model is critical company’s overall maintenance strategy development implementation. Thus, purpose this article to present logistic processes. We investigated main defined areas implementation in systems. Based on research findings, we introduced new area based participation supply chain—cooperation at risk. proposed constitutes base two-stage method implementation, where global index introduced. Finally, implement verify model’s diagnostic function determine its labor intensity. study confirmed that five (knowledge, assessment, process management, cooperation risk, monitoring) provide complex tool identification and, results, allows define appropriate given decision-making environment.
